5 Weeks Old

I cannot believe these little sweethearts are 5 weeks old!  Each one of them is so special and ALL of them will make wonderful members of any family.  Many have reached the 5 pound mark.  Some close to 6 pounds.  Belle is doing well.  But she's getting very sore from their little teeth and nails.  As you can see in the video, she wants to be with them but it's a bit painful at this point.  But she is starting play with them more and more.  So sweet :)

The puppies almost weigh as much as momma (collectively). Sometimes she doesn't want to lay down to nurse.  Weaning is definitely happening.....

34 Days Old

I bought a training pad called "Fresh Patch".   Some of the puppies started using it right away.  Others would rather play on it.  Either way, these little pups love grass :)  I will continue to take the puppies outside several times a day but the patch will be there in case they can't wait.

We gave them their first bath.  They were SO cute and they loved it.  My phone died during the process so the video is very short.  All pups are doing great and getting their own little personalities.

Some of the puppies are almost 4 pounds!  They are loving that puppy food!  I am actually going to attempt potty training.  No guarantees though :)  

4 Weeks Old

Every one of them have gained a significant amount of weight since we started solid food yesterday.  They are loving it :)

Some of them are turning white on their paws!  Too cute.

The vet visit yesterday was great.  All puppies are doing well.  She said we need to start introducing wet puppy food.  So, we did that last night.  The first to dig in was little "red".....our biggest girl :)
